The content and information of our tours are property of Immersion Tours. The user agrees not to resell any service or information contained in this website, Unless otherwise agreed between the parties.

In order to book a tour, you must provide information and personal data. Immersion Tours can only use it for the purpose of requested service, and protects your privacy.
Content
Users of our services can make reviews and comments in other websites, and Immersion Tours may use that content, publish it on the Website, translate it into other languages, promote it and distribute it.
Immersion Tours takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any content posted, stored or uploaded by you or any third party, or for any loss or damage thereto, nor is Immersion Tours liable for any mistakes, defamation, slander, libel, omissions, falsehoods, obscenity, pornography or profanity you may encounter. As a provider of touristic services, Immersion Tours is not liable for any statements, representations or content provided by its users in any public forum, personal websites, etc.
Modifying or Amending Your Booking
All requests for modifications and amendments to your booking must be directed to our customer service that will process your request.
We don’t charge a fee to amend or change the dates of an existing booking, as long as the request is received by our Customer Service Team within the cancellation policy deadline.
All other date-change requests and amendments are subject to availability and services dates. We cannot guarantee the success of any date-change request.
All the changes made after the cancellation policy deadline, can be subject to additional fees.
Immersion Tours reserves the right to cancel, change or substitute any service that you have booked at this Website, at any time, for any reason. In such cases, if you are dissatisfied with the alternatives offered, you are entitled to a full refund of the original purchase price.
Payments and Cancellations
Full payment by credit or debit card is required to make a reservation. Payment will be listed as “Payu” o “Payu.com” on the credit or debit card statement.
Cancelling or modifying a booking can result in fees, as outlined below.
Modifications and cancellations up to 7 days in advance of the scheduled departure are allowed without any extra fee. For cancellations and modifications between 3 and 6 days before the scheduled departure, there is a 50 percent fee. If you cancel or modify the booking within 48 hours of the scheduled departure, there is a 100 percent fee.
GMT -03:00 is used for this purpose.
Pricing & Inclusions/Exclusions
Prices listed on the Website are per person, unless otherwise specified.
Prices are based on USD, converted at the prevailing foreign-exchange rate as determined by your banking entity.
Price quotations are subject to change without notice, until a booking has been confirmed.
Prices do not include tips/gratuities to drivers or Tour guides; taxes or duties; and any beverages or food not specifically listed under “Inclusions” on the product pages of the Website.
Exemptions and Limitations of Liability
Immersion Tours is not responsible for personal effects, lost and/or forgotten during the tours, and reserves the right to remove any passenger whose behavior causes any danger or discomfort to the remaining passengers or may impair the success of the tour, without any refund.
